The prices seen on this web site are current and correct. When prices are amended it is done straight away on this web site. Prices do Value Added Tax (VAT) but do not include postage. When ordering on the web site and you ‘add to basket’ and enter your country in your address the postage is automatically shown. When you confirm your order that is the price you will pay in pounds sterling. When ordering by other than the web site the prices may change because we reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the event of a change to VAT the appropriate adjustment will be made at time of invoicing/dispatch. We have tried to ensure that the descriptions on this web site are correct, and comply with the Trade Descriptions Act. However, should any customer think that there is any misrepresentation whatsoever, will they please advise us so that the matter can be considered and if necessary amended on the web site. Where items are no longer available from the original manufacturer we either arrange for the part to be re-manufactured or source the best quality reproduction available.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by Paypal, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Solo. Goods are supplied with delivery duty unpaid, you may have to pay import duty or other customs fees on entry to your country.

CANCELLATIONS

This paragraph applies to goods that have not been used and ordered by a private customer other than a business. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, apart from non stock items ordered specially for you, personalised for you, made to measure for you. Under the Regulations you may cancel your order up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must advise us of the cancellation by e-mail giving your name and address, account number and order reference number, You will then receive a full refund within 30 days. All purchases are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. Therefore, the return of purchased goods can be made up to 7 days from date of original purchase. After this period, no returns are accepted by AG Cars & Classics Ltd in any circumstances. The cost of all return postage/packaging and the original postage cost is to be paid by the Buyer unless AG Cars & Classics Ltd are in error, in which case the return postage will be reimbursed to the Buyer at cost. All returned items will incur a 15% handling/admin charge except where AG Cars & Classics Ltd are in error. All such charges will be deducted before any refund is made. Refunds will normally be made within 5 working days whenever possible after the goods have been received back. All refunds will be made via the original payment method. It is recommended that the Buyer returning an item obtains a proof of delivery (at their own cost) in case of loss or damage in transit. Any seemingly used or damaged goods will not be refundable.

Please include the original (or a copy of) the Invoice sent with the parts for our reference. We aim to process all refunds within 5 days of receiving the goods back. Any seemingly used or damaged goods will not be refunded unless specifically agreed with us before returning the part(s). RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY This paragraph applies to goods that have been used. All our products are fully guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If any of our products develop a fault as a consequence of faulty workmanship or faulty materials within twelve months from the date of purchase, they may be returned to us with the original invoice, and a covering letter explaining the problem. On receipt of the returned goods, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the item/s and return it/them to you. We do not refund your cost of returning the goods to us.

DELIVERY

Postal times will largely depend upon the postal service used and the date/time your order was placed plus where you are ordering from. Generally, UK 1st class post takes 1-2 days to arrive, 2nd class post 2-3 days and both are not tracked services, Standard Parcels take between 3-5 days for any UK mainland address. International deliveries will take longer, standard Airmail (small packets) will typically take between 5-7 days to arrive although during peak times or adverse weather conditions (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays etc) this can be extended. We are therefore not able to guarantee any delivery dates as this is beyond our control.

PACKAGING

All items are despatched in padded envelopes or similar to aid in the prevention of damage whilst the goods are in transit. Larger items or multiple purchases may be split into 2 or more packages for ease of posting. Many items will go through a standard size letterbox opening but for larger packages you will need to be available at the delivery address to receive these.

We sometime use recycled packaging, most notably cardboard for heavier or bulky items however all packaging materials used will be fit for purpose.

DELIVERY TIMES

We currently use the Royal Mail to deliver the majority of our packages so we can only quote delivery times based upon information that they provide on their website and all information provided should be used as a guide only and is not guaranteed.

UK 1st Class Mail typically takes 1-2 working days to arrive.

UK 2nd Class Mail typically takes 2-3 working days to arrive

Royal Mail UK Standard Parcels typically takes 3-5 working days to arrive.

UK Mail tracked Parcels typically takes 1-2 days to arrive (UK Mainland only).

International Small Packets (Airmail) typically takes 5-7 working days for Mainland Europe and 7-10 working days for the Rest of the World.

Fed-Ex, UPS, DPD or similar (tracked Airmail) typically takes 3-5 working days for Mainland Europe and 5-10 working days for the Rest of the World.

These are guidelines only – please view the Royal Mail or the respective Courier website(s) for full details of service delivery times.

We request that a period of 15 days be allowed for all packages to arrive before a package is deemed to be lost in the post. From our experience, some missing packages are at the local Post Office sorting depot awaiting collection, please check there before reporting an item missing.

International Buyers should make due allowance in the delivery times for the possible delays caused by Customs Clearance or inspections carried out by their Countries respective Import authorities.

NOTE : We cannot process a claim for any missing package until this period of time has passed.

LIABILITY

Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract or by misrepresentation.
