We are an Approved Terraclean Service Agent

Terraclean is available here and the benefits are proven time and again especially if it’s done every 20,000 miles;

Restore Fuel Economy

Regain Performance

Smoother Idle & Drive

Save on Costly Repairs

Terraclean is able to remove carbon deposits built up in daily driving which affect the efficiency of the engine and typically result in reduced economy, reduced power and increased emissions. We clean clogged DPF filters that become blocked usually due to short journeys or city driving where the regeneration system is unable to get up to temperature. We are able to clean EGR valves and turbo system which are well known to clog and stick with carbon deposits. Click here for FAQ

Petrol Engine Treatment

This nano technology gently removes carbon deposits and is far more effective than the alternative fuel system additives which contain heavy solvents. This mixture then gets driven through your fuel system by the Terraclean machine’s in built pump; after about half an hour with the machine connected it completes its clean cycle and the vehicle is ready to be reassembled and driven away. There are two liquids we use to treat you engine and fuel system these screw into the top of our machine and run through its internal reactor creating negative electron particles of highly refined fuel.

Diesel Engine Treatment

The Terraclean liquid is added to the machine, we then connect the vehicle specific connectors to bypass the vehicle on board fuel system. The machine is then set to equal the fuel rail pressure as specified by the manufacturer. The vehicle is then started and set to run at 1500 rpm for about 15 minutes. The next stage is a 10 minute period of the engine being turned off for the formula to soak into any remaining stubborn deposits before the vehicle is restarted for the final 15 minutes of the service. After this the vehicle is reassembled and ready to be driven away.

About Terraclean

TerraClean is a unique decarbonisation technology which makes a significant improvement to the Emissions, MPG and Driveability/Performance of your vehicle. The technology applies to Motorcycles, Cars (Petrol & Diesel), Vans, Trucks, Motorboats, Agricultiral vehicles and Plant and Machinery. Within this site you get more information about the technology Hopefully our FAQs will answer most questions or you can make direct contact with us to ask other questions either via the contact page or during standard office hours using the WebChat facility – accessed via the link in the bottom right of this page. There are links to our Facebook and Twitter pages so you can see what others have to say about the process as you can via the testimonials within the site, using the link above. Over the past 2 years we have developed a growing network of Service Agents who can provide the proven service. Over 50,000 UK motorists have done so to date and the results are incredible in many cases. If you simply want to go ahead and have the service carried out or ask a few questions of your local Service Agent simply complete the Find my Local TerraClean Agent form which will give you INSTANT information on your closest operator. Thank you for you for your interest. Please be assured that any information you enter into this website will not be shared with any organisations outside of the TerraClean network of operators.

How TerraClean Works

TerraClean is a technology developed by a group of scientists in Canada. They were commissioned by the Canadian government to develop a zero emissions engine. They did manage to achieve this goal, but the technology involved and the fuel used to achieve this would necessitate an increase to the price of the vehicles, due to the need to retro fit a “reactor” which molecularly alters the state of the fuel. That increase in cost coupled with the cost of the highly refined fuel, developed for the project, which would retail at over £ 40 per litre rendered the concept non-viable to introduce into the cars motorist drive.

All such engineering projects demand close attention to the condition of the test vehicles being used. The engineering inspections carried out in this project clearly demonstrated that the process was not only not developing carbon build up, usually associated with all internal combustion engines, in fact it was removing pre-existing carbon previously built up in the engines as well as other deposits which usually build up particularly from use of lower grade/quality fuels.

So whilst the Zero Emissions vehicle project was set aside the technology was taken in a different direction and the concept of TerraClean Decarbonisation equipment was developed. This has proven very successful with over 13,000 machines in operation in the North American market, mainly in franchised dealer workshops. Whilst quite new to the UK marketplace already the technology is proving its value to private owners and fleet operators alike, who are both saving money by reduced fuel costs and lowering their emissions. Essentially by taking a vehicle back to its level of cleanliness not long after being new the efficiency and performance are improved.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation & Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning

dpf1

EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems can become clogged with carbon deposits that can cause reduced power, misfiring, smoking and reduced MPG in diesel vehicles.Cleaning EGR systems has traditionally involved component removal and cleaning by hand or replacement, which are both labour-intensive and expensive. Not any more…

Our new TerraDiesel EGR System Cleaning Tool enables us to clean and restore an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system without the need to dismantle the engine. The tool works by applying TerraDiesel EGR and Induction System Cleaner into the system to remove stubborn carbon deposits from the clogged system.

Benefits of the service:

Removes carbon deposits from the EGR system

Restores performance

Improves fuel economy

Reduces vehicle emissions

Solves variable vein turbo issues such as sticking turbo veins

Cleans the DPF (diesel particulator filter)

DPF Cleaning:

Modern diesel vehicles are now fitted with a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) as standard as part of European rules that came into force five years ago.

When driving, soot settles on the cell walls of the filter and starts to clog the pores of the DPF unit. This layer of soot can be burnt off during the regeneration process of driving at constant speed for a prolonged period of time, such as motorway driving. During short journeys or city driving, diesel cars do not reach the required exhaust temperature to allow regeneration to take place. If this continues to happen and regeneration is no longer sufficient to clear the blocked filter, motorists can face some very expensive repair costs

Our patented DPF cleaning system means we can clean the DPF without the need of removal from the vehicle saving ££££££s on labour costs. CLICK HERE FOR FAQ
